Our store policy for Covid-19 Prevention
Due to the current pandemic that is affecting everyone everywhere i have now added a Covid -19 prevention policy to the store.
The shop remains close until the government say otherwise but i am able to still send online orders and now are able to offer a click and collect service and local delivery service.
These are the changes i have made to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. I have updated our returns policy and have extended the limit to 80 days.
Shipping will now be done through Royal mail and DPD.I have updated the shipping policy to include local delivery and click and collect changes and information.
I made the decision to close our retail premises down before government made it mandatory due to the risk to my family, employees and their families and customers.
When picking and packing online orders I wash hands between each order and wear gloves whilst handling goods which get changed between each order pick & pack. this is to prevent any cross infection.
I am the only person in store to oversee the online orders, click and collect and local deliveries to prevent risk of infection.
If I am allowed to reopen the shop on the 15th June on the advice of Government the following will be in place,
only 1 person allowed in store at a time. 2 people from the same household will be allowed in the case of parent & child, this will be at my discretion.
Social Distancing is to be adhered to at all times.
There will be a hand sanitising point at the entrance for you to use and gloves for you to wear if you wish to handle goods.
If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19 then I ask for you to please not enter the shop until symptoms have gone as we have a vulnerable child at home.
I will not be taking any cash payments for the time being only card payments.
I will be cleaning and sanitising baskets and card machine etc after each use.
I have already been deep cleaning the shop and this will be done on a regular basis.
There may be a chance the opening hours may need to change due to childcare.
I look forward to seeing you all soon
